This dessert is a different
recipe from the usual carrot custard pudding. It is a yummy dessert recipe that
we can make quickly. This dessert was the first time I had eaten at my sister's
house. This pudding has three layers, based on bread. Bread is pan-fried
without adding ghee or butter—the Second layer with custard, then the third
layer with carrot halwa. Custard gives a creamy texture to this pudding. I
added banana pieces for a bite. You can choose any fruits you like except
fruits with more water content. Carrot halwa gives nice color and flavor. You
