Today I am introducing a healthy dishes that can be prepared quickly.The main ingredient needed to prepare this recipe is banana. Banana is the one of the most popular fruit.Everyone loves to eat bananas. There are lots of varieties bananas and contains essential nutrients required for our health.All these recipes are my childhood recipes.These healthy recipes are very quick to preapare with few ingredients.Avoid adding of sugar to be more healthy.

Banana with Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:-
Plantains -2
Eggs -1
Sugar -2 tbsp
Ghee -2 tbsp
Cardomom powder -1 tsp
Preparation:
1. Peel the plantains and cut into small
pieces.
2. In a pan heat ghee and fry the plantain
pieces til turns golden color.
3. Then add 1 tbsp sugar and cardomom
powder and mix well .then transfer the
bananas to a bowl and keep aside.
4. In same pan add eggs ,then 1 tbsp
sugar then scramble the eggs. Once it
ready add the fried bananas and mix well.
Banana scrambled eggs ready.
Steamed Banana with
coconut
Ingredients:
Plantain -3
Grated Coconut -1/4 cup
Sugar -1 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Wash plantains ,cut the head and tail
of bananas.
2. Take water in steamer( you can use
pressure cooker also).steam bananas on
medium flame.after 20 minutes check
banana,once it cooked,take from water
and keep aside.
3. Remove the skin cut banana into small
pieces.then add grated coconut and
sugar .combine well.serve with hot.
Banana Jaggery Recipe
This recipe is one of the famous recipe with Kerala banana or Nenthran banana.
Banana jaggery served as a snack or dessert.It is my childhood favourite recipe.it is a healthy and easy dessert made with banana , jaggery and coconut.
It is used as breakfast as well as snack for evening.Kerala banana is a nutritious banana have lots of benefits.
Ingredients:
Banana -3 nos
Jaggery syrup -1/2 cup
Grated coconut -1 cup
Cardamom powder -1/4 cup
Ghee - 1tbsp
Preparation:
1. For making jaggery syrup, Melt jaggery in water until it dilutes.
2. Peel the bananas cut into round pieces
3. Heat a pan with ghee and fry bananas at low flame.then add grated coconut and cardamom powder and stir slowly.
simmer till the syrup is coated in banana pieces.
Then banana jaggery recipe is ready.
