Ingredients:
For prawns marination :-
Prawns -1 kg
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Chillipowder -11/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lime juice -1 tsp
To make the gravy:-
Oil -2 tbsp
Chopped ginger garlic -3 tbsp
Green chillies - 2
Onion -2
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Chillipowder - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Water -1/2 cup
Step -1
Wash and clean the prawns .Marinate prawns with turmeric powder ,chillipowder
lime juice and salt.Rest for 30 minutes after marination.
Step -2
In a pan shallow fry the prawns for 2-8 minutes on medium flame.Then strain it out.
Step -3
Lets make gravy for prawns roast
* Heat the oil in the same pan and add chopped onion,chopped ginger garlic,chopped green chillies and curry leaves and saute well till turn golden in color.
*Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder,pepper powder, and salt if required.mix well all together.then add little water.finally add fried prawns and cook for 2 minutes.
