Milk -1cup
Chinagrass -10 gm
Unsalted Butter -100 gm
Condensed milk -1/2 cup
Sugar -1/4 cup
Custard powder - 2tbsp
Bread - 4 slices
Vanila essence -1 drop
Caramalised nuts
Preparation
Preparation of caramalised nuts for garnishing.
* Caramalise the sugar at low flame then
add 1tsp butter.mix until butter
melts.then add cashew nuts or any
nuts.then transfer to butter paper and
spread evenly.keep aside and let to set.
Then crush it.
* Soak chinagrass in bowl and keep aside.
* Mix the custard powder with milk or
water in a bowl and set aside.
* Heat milk in a saucepan at low temperature.Then add soaked chinagrass,butter then condensed milk or sugar to the milkMix frequently until the butter and chinagrass has full dissolved.
* Now add custard powder mix to this and
stir continously at low temperature.
* When the mixture thickens a little bit
then add bread slices ,a drop vanila
essence and mix everything and set
aside to cool.
* When the milk mixture has cooled,blend
everything til smooth paste.
* Now pour the mixture in a pudding tray
then garnish with caramalised nuts or as
your choice.
* Then Refrigerate and serve cold.
